Dear Mr. Obama

Are you aware that the United States of America has a Constitution?

Do you represent the United States of America, as President?

or

Do you represent the international corporate United States –

a mere corporation falsely assuming the role of government?

My question is, what have you done to protect the natural individual’s rights to life, liberty, and property since you’ve been in office? You see Mr. Obama, the Bill of Rights was made part of the Constitution, since it was officially enacted in 1791. This was significant, since, without it, we would have no Constitution, as the founding fathers originally forgot to make sure there was a clear understanding that natural individual rights of the People, and State’s rights were not infringed upon by government officers. Fortunately the People, and the States recognized that error, and corrected it before it was officially put in place.

It seems that you and your cronies in Congress have forgotten that little stipulation protecting every American Citizen’s individual Rights. All of you have sworn oaths to protect our rights spelled out in that Constitution that you seem to have so conveniently forgotten to uphold. It’s a simple and sacred duty, and should be very easy to do. You are not to infringe on any one person’s natural rights. But it seems you feel your duty is to protect the collective population. That is not your duty Mr. Obama, and not in your job description. That is, unless you are working under a different constitution that we are not fully aware of.

Now I’m not talking about the fictional “U.S. person” that Corp. U.S. has is so conveniently created upon our birth. I’m not talking about that fully capitalized name that looks like ours, that is associated with a Social Security number, and is recognized as a registered agent of the corporation that you preside over as it’s president. I’m talking about the natural living/breathing “People” that created the republic that our founding fathers so carefully crafted. Have you forgotten about us Mr. Obama?

You have very specific and limited duties outlined in the Constitution, as President of the United States of America, Mr. Obama, and it seems you have almost totally neglected to follow them. You seem to have taken on many tasks not in your job description, and I don’t get it… what gives you the right?

Firstly, in Article II it states right away, that the executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America, yet that seal you so often display on your podium, is the seal of the President of the United States. Did you forget to include the full name of your country on the official seal? Or is that actually a different “United States” than most Americans are aware of? It seems that corporation you represent has trademarked that name, but not the United States of America. Do we have a problem here Mr. Obama? I know, you’re not the only President to use it though.

Article II of the Constitution also states that “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States… shall be eligible for the Office of President. Oh, by the way, you may have noticed that the word United States is used in the Constitution. Well, it seems that the word wasn’t trademarked at that time under your corporation, and so it can get a little confusing – as Corp. U.S. seems to use it as it suits them, to keep the people confused.

So getting back to that eligibility issue; it seems you have spent an awful lot of taxpayer funds to protect all your records from being accessed – including your true birth records. Now Mr. Obama, or is it Soetoro, we seem to be confused as to your true birth country and identity? I know this might sound silly to some, but are you even a true Citizen of the United States of America? Why don’t you simply prove it, so there is no confusion? I’ll be happy to show you the two birth records applied to my name, if you’ll show me yours. I have no problem doing it, but for some reason, you do.

And, yes, Mr. Obama, I’m aware that there are two birth records produced when we are born to this world. One is produced by the hospital, identifying the natural person (and now considered memorabilia), and one is created to identify the fiction of law belonging to Corp. U.S., and is represented in all capital letters. I don’t know about you sir, but I don’t use all capitals in my name. I’m pretty sure you realize that the capitalized one is filed with the Department of Commerce, where it identifies it’s property. Doesn’t that seem odd to you sir, that we would be considered property of government, when in fact, it was we the people who created government?

Ours is not a Constitution to be altered at the whim of those in power. But it seems all those new laws that you and your cronies are passing, relate only to the fictional “U.S. persons” identified in the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution (an altered one). You see Sir, the Constitution doesn’t give government any jurisdiction or control over the living/breathing Citizens (Persons) of this country. The corporate created Fourteenth Amendment identifies it’s agent “U.S. persons” (persons) as those subject to the jurisdiction of the impostor corporate government. Therefore all those so-called laws being passed, only relate to government agencies, identified by those nine-digit numbers – but not me!

By using deception, Congress passes laws for fictions of law, and coerces the natural People to believe it is us that are subject to those statutes, when in fact it is not. Very clever officers of Corp. U.S. You work directly for the corporation, and not the People, and you pass those socialistic laws so that your bosses can control the people. Again, I realize that all other presidents of Corp. U.S. have used the same process, since 1944, however you are in charge at this time, and you have a moral duty to inform the People that you are not their true President – that you are merely the president of an international corporation, wholly owned and controlled by the International Monetary Fund, that is only assuming the role of government.

The Constitution was titled “We the People of the United States”. This meant that the People, and the States united to form a more perfect union of states, to form the republic for the People. We didn’t form the “United States” as the name of our government. We the People united to form the United States government, or better put, the government of the United States of America. If we the people of the “United States” formed the government called “United States” then that would mean it already existed, now wouldn’t it? So we must understand the connotation – that it was the States – united in purpose – that formed the government “of the People”.

Isn’t it interesting, Mr. Obama, that you took an oath to protect and defend the “United States”. Why doesn’t that oath say “United States of America”? Isn’t that a more appropriate name for our republic? It really means united States of America. So really, Mr. President, your oath was to the corporate foreign state belonging to the I.M.F. now wasn’t it?

Mr. Obama, you are very aware that our republican government (republic) has been abandoned, and replaced with a corporate socialist so-called democracy, that has taken control of this country. It is now time for the People to reinstate our government it to it’s rightful constitutional authority, without the international control. Don’t you think you should man up and take responsibility for your actions, with honor and dignity, and suggest the same of your congressional cronies?
